English 11: We will going through the poetry packet questions from yesterday and I will also be handing out the poetry project rubrics explaining their next in-class project.

English 10 Accelerated: Students have their 3rd paragraphs of their novel papers due today. 4th paragraphs are due on Friday.
English 11: Students will be getting poetry terms today if they didn’t get them yesterday. Students will then get two example poems to work on to get them familiar with finding poetic devices and labeling rhyme scheme.

English 1o Accelerated: Students will be working on their 3rd paragraph of their novel papers. The 3rd paragraph will be due tomorrow.
English 11: Some classes will be finishing the Huck Finn movie today. If a class is already finished with the movie, they will be starting work on the poetry unit. I will be giving students a number of poetry terms to take notes over. I will post these terms on this website tomorrow.
I will also be handing out some questions over the Huck Finn movie that will be due tomorrow.
